Are there any age restrictions on your products?
Yes, all our products are strictly R.18, N.Z Customers only, proof of age required. Proof of Age includes an emailed scan or digital photo of your Drivers Licence, Passport or H.A.N.Z Card.
*Please be aware that we will report all instances of identity fraud & fraud to the N.Z Police.
Do you supply overseas, non New Zealand based Customers?
No, we only supply New Zealand based Customers, residing in New Zealand. We do however, have Australians etc, holidaying in N.Z, that order from us, from time to time, with the intention of using our herbal remedies whilst they are in the Country.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank deposits, via online banking or over the counter, teller deposits at Westpac Bank.
We DO NOT accept overseas payments or orders.
We are N.Z Customers only.
In order to prevent delays if you are not a Westpac N.Z Customer, you can make a manual deposit into our account to speed the process up. Otherwise, non Westpac Bank deposits can take 1 - 2 working days to clear.
Please note: We DO NOT accept credit card payments, Pay Pal, Western Union transfers etc.
What are your account details for payment?
Once we see age verification & you place an order, we will supply our Bank details for deposit.
How do you send your product?
We use N.Z Post track & trace, target delivery 2 - 3 working days. We will email the tracking receipt for your order once your payment clears our end. The unique tracking number will enable you to trace online, the delivery of your order.
Are your products shipped discreetly?
Yes, we value the privacy of our Customers. All our external labelling & packaging for Post, is 100% discreet.
What are your shipping costs?
New Zealand wide, P & P is $6 or $9 if you are Rural delivery.
Where do you source your herbs & herbal remedies from?
All our herbs are sourced from our own organic gardens. We prepare all our own herbal remedies.

No, definitely not, all our herbs, herbal extracts & tinctures are 100% Natural.
How long does it take for your herbal remedies to start working?
Due to the nature of herbal remedies, responses will depend on an Individual’s tolerance, sensitivity & metabolism. For some people, that means they may require repeated dosing sessions over time, or greater concentrations of herbs, or both. Do you sell your herbs & herbal remedies in any shopfront stores? No, to keep our costs low so that we can bring the best available deal to our Customers, we sell our herbal remedies online only.
Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
No, to maintain the highest quality standards of our herbal remedies, we only sell directly online, to our Retail Customers. It has come to our attention that some people have bought our product in bulk, adulterated it with other herbs & additives & onsold it. This has the effect of devaluing our fine product & also puts our Customers at risk. We value our Customers.
Do you have a returns-replacement policy?
Due to the potential for adulteration of our herbal remedies, we DO NOT accept returns where our herbal remedies have been used, partially used, or the items have been opened. Refunds may be issued for the value of the returned product, & DO NOT include the price of shipping, as this is a cost we cannot recover.
